Great app for Atkins users! Easy to use especially when eating out.
I found this app to be useless. It is only suitable for someone who eats at fast food restaurants in the US. if you eat healthy, or cook your own meals it is hugely frustrating. I have already wiped it off my phone after two days.
I find this app very good. There are lots of food choices (good in Canada too), plus you can enter your own info on a food item thats not listed. The ability to mark foods as Favorites, saves a lot of time searching. It took a few days of using it to get the hang of all the features, but definitely worth the effort. Great for Atkins followers.
I am diabetic and have been using the app for just over a week. It is helping me immensely to manage my carbs. It has lots of Canadian restaurant menus and products, and its easy to add new foods. Love it!
I love this app, some of the counts include things that do not stimulate insulin so really shouldnt be considered carbs. But otherwise its a great app!

My daughter has type 1 diabetes so counting carbs is crucial to good blood glucose management. This app is a necessity as there are a number of restaurants who do not have their own nutritional information available.

This has been an awesome resource in my weight loss journey. It is much easier to track what I am taking in than it was when I was just using a journal. The only issue I have is that it doesnt include a lot of Canadian foods or restaurants.
Ive been on the new Atkins diet for the past 5 months. I lost 30 lbs but more importantly I dont suffer from severe acid reflux anymore. This app is key for me to closely monitor and calibrate what I can eat. Once you get use to it, it takes only a couple of minutes to record what you ate. The only thing I find missing is the ability to enter personal notes on a daily basis.

I was just diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and I needed to count my carbs. I used a couple different apps but this one is the best. Its divided into breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack categories , it shows you the carb limits that you want and subtracts the fiber from the net carbs for you. I highly recommend this app. Its layout is great and you can add your own recipes and creat new foods!
Great app! Have been using it for a month and dont need anything else for carb counting. Easy to add in custom foods!
Im in Canada so a lot of our brands are not included. I just look at the nutritional information on the packaging and enter a custom food so that it is in my list.
